When un-mounting, dismantling, and replacing machines, the hydraulic 
system is always checked for residual pressure! 
 
 A possible residual pressure in the system is reduced to zero (0 bar) before 
disconnecting the hydraulic hoses. 

 

5.2.5

 

STABILITY 

(o)

 

When driving GreenTec's machines, the operator must always be aware that the machine's center of gravity 
shifts during work 

 

After assembly and connection for the first time, it must always be ensured 
that the complete vehicle is stable enough to be able to carry the multi carrier 
with the attachment tool mounted.  
 
Especially that the vehicle is stable enough sideways, also when the 
attachment tool works at a greater height and hangs on the side of the vehicle 
and is driven on an uneven surface, and/or in a bend! 

 

 
 

Depending on the weight and stability of the vehicle carrying the multi carrier, 
front side or rear weights may be necessary to maintain stable rear axle 
pressure on the opposite wheels from which the machine is mounted. 
 
The suggestions below are only indicative in terms of stability and are not an 
instruction to strengthen the stability of the complete vehicle. 
 
It is recommended that the dealer of the vehicle be contacted for specific 
advice on increased stability. 
 
At the same time, a tire specialist should be contacted for advice and 
guidance on tire pressure etc. for the vehicle on which the multi carrier and 
attachment tool is to be mounted. 

 

5.2.5.1

 

CHECKING THE STABILITY 
 

 

Carefully check the stability of the vehicle and multi carrier with the 
attachment tool mounted! 

 
Slowly drive the multi carrier all the way out at a low height. Let the tool be max. ½ meter above the ground. 
(Redskabet skal ikke startes under denne kontrol!) 

 

Perform the following procedures: 
 
1.

 

Make sure the machine is in working position with the multi carriers arm fully extended.  
Let the attachment tool be max. ½ meter above the ground. 
 

2.

 

Carefully move the vehicle and/or front loader, and move the working angle of the attachment tool 
around the entire range of motion from horizontal to vertical. 
 

a.

 

Is the vehicle stable on all 4 wheels? 

b.

 

Are the lift arms stable?
