Regular Cleaning: follow when changing oils or
before use after prolonged storage
1. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe oil residue
(from mist, hands or spills) off the exterior of the
unit often. Citrus oils are especially corrosive.
2. When replacing oil bottle or changing oils:
I. Use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to
clean the outside of the screen
II. Place 1 to 2ml of alcohol into the 5ml bottle
provided. Screw the bottle into the diffuser
and shake. Empty the bottle and repeat
as needed for thicker oils.
Deep Cleaning:
For use when mist is moderately reduced below
desired output:
I. Fill a standard 5,10 or 15ml bottle with a small
amount of rubbing alcohol
II. Plug the diffuser into an appropriate power
source and allow to run for approx. 1 minute to
remove excess oil build up.
For use when mist is excessively reduced, blocked
or preparing for storage:
I. Fill a standard 5,10 or 15ml bottle with a small
amount of rubbing alcohol
II. Plug the diffuser into an appropriate power source
and allow to run for approx. 5 minutes to remove
excess oil build up.
You can use your own 5ml, 10ml
or 15ml Essential Oil Bottle
