Step 4: Handlebar & Stem

1. Insert stem (#14) into frame head tube and fix stem's height at a proper position then use

(#18) lock lever to tighten.

2. Open safety screw (#26) from the stem's (#14) extension tube and insert handlebar (#11)

into stem extension tube then screw back the safety screw (#26).

3. Adjust the handlebar (#11) position to your required position then tighten lock lever (#18) to

secure.

NOTE:

Do not arise above safety line
