Troubles shoot:
Case Cause Solution
No power Power disconnected. Check the power supply.
Can not start The grind chamber is jammed. Disconnect the power supply
and remove the jam.
Water leakage The sealing part is not fastened. Fasten the corresponding
screws.
Sharp noise Hard stuff in the grind container. Turn off the processor and
remove the obstruction.
Vibrating noise when it is Overlaad protector damaged. Get if fixed by the specialists.

) Guarantee Restrictions:
1. We offer 2 year waranty.
If users operate the processor according to the instructions in this manual, and there is
malfunction, we will provide warranty service. But we do not pay insurance, postage and
delivery freight. Please show the receipt to us for warranty.
2. For the following situations, we will charge even in guarantee period:
C 1) Cannot provide valid Warranty Card and Purchase lnvoice(Unless you can prove
that processor is within guarantee period)
C 2) Damage caused by not complying with the User Manual in assemble, use,
maintenance or storage.
(3) Damage caused by falling off or improper preservation.
(4) Damage caused by repair, transform, and disassembly or clean in other
unauthorized repair shop.
(5) No record of purchase date (No.), product name, product model, client name,
address, telephone, agency name. And alteration the information in the Warranty
Card without authorization or the seller's store stamp.
C 6) The model or product number recorded in the Warranty Card is not the same as
the product.
