(2) Malfunction of Blocked Protection of IDU Fan Motor H6
Main detection points:
● Is the control terminal of PG motor connected tightly?
● Is the feedback interface of PG motor connected tightly?

Malfunction diagnosis process:
Start
While power is off
spin fan
blade with a tool to see
whether the blade rotates
smoothly
Make sure the
connection of
PG
motor feedback terminal is
secure
Check if the connection of
PG
motor control terminal
secure
Turn on the unit again; measure
the output voltage on control
terminal for PG motor
it should
be >
than 50V within 1 min
of
opening
the louvers
Tighten the screw; reassemble the blade, motor
and shaft bearing rubber base sub-assy to
see if
a
foreign object
is
lodged
within
