Maintenance and Lubrication

Seed Flap Replacement

Refer to Figure 45

To replace a seed flap (1), use a needle nose pliers or
similar tool to grasp “T” top of flap. Pull upward to pull
flap up out of metal bracket (2).

Push new seed flap (1) down through metal bracket (2)
until flap snaps into place with “T” top resting on top of
bracket.

Older Style Seed Flap

Refer to Figure 46

Remove one disk for easier seed flap replacement.

To replace, pull the seed flap (1) up out of metal
bracket (2).

Push new seed flap (1) down through metal bracket
until seed flap is in place.
