STEP 5:
With the help of a second person supporting the panels, reposition the
The base panels now need to be slid into the grooves of the frame.
PLEASE NOTE the base panels must be inserted into position in the correct
1st: 1x Panel C (with the wheels down) -
so it sits in the
groove.
2nd: 1 x Panel D - make sure the central drill hole is facing UP.
3rd: 1 x Panel E - make sure the central drill hole is facing UP.
4th: 1 x Panel D - make sure the central drill hole is facing UP.
5th: 1x Panel C (with the wheels down) -
The panels should all slot into each other like tongue & groove.
STEP 6:
Take the remaining front/back panel A and push into the frame, ensuring the
hardware is received into the base struts and side panels.
Insert 2x cam locks (#4) into the drill holes of BOTH side panels B and turn
clockwise to secure.
Fix the base slats with 5x longer screws (#9)
