10  TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom

Possible Cause

Confirmation item

The command error is 

displayed.

Incorrect data was

Confirm the command 
settings in the application

Or confirm the command 

settings on the plotter.

Set the HP-GL command 

on the plotter when the GP-

GL command error was 

displayed.

plotter when the command 
settings was set to the AUTO.

The plotter may not detect 
the correct command mode

down motion for tool.

The tangential mode is 
set to ON.

mode in Cutting 
Condition menu on the
