7 Maintenance and Service

7.2 Service instructions 2 year service

a

Check tubes from dirt. By undoing the lower nozzle on each side.

b

If dirt is present: run the rinse system with bottom nozzles dismounted by using a
computer and the Flash loader software.
If no computer is available, fill the machine for one minute and drain it.
Abundance of lime scales could be caused by too hard water. If possible soften
the water.

Undo all rinse nozzles.

Fit new rinse nozzles.

6. Replace the Granule damper seal and change o-rings for Granule damper shaft (18070,

60477, 10930): Perform point

7. Replace wash hoses (18270, 18271, 60415):
