Configuring and running a temperature preset
The SV200 contains three presets which can be
configured to commonly used temperatures.
To set a preset temperature:
1.
Press
F
, rotate the dial until ‘
t-1
’ is shown, press
S
to
select.
2.
Rotate the dial to define the temperature, press
S
to
set. Repeat for presets 2 and 3.
To run a preset:
1.
Press
F
, rotate dial until required preset is displayed.
2.
Press
S
twice to begin running the preset.
Cleaning
•
Clean the unit with a damp cloth, using only water.
•
Do not use chemical cleaning agents.
•
Do not submerge unit in water.
•
Do not immerse or de-scale the clamp.
•
Scale on the cage and heater element can be
removed using a chemical de-scaling product
designed for use on kitchen equipment with
metal parts.
•
Warning: de-scaling products maybe toxic. Follow
manufacturers instructions.
•
Do not wash the clamp and cage in a dishwasher.
If anything is spilt into the equipment, disconnect
it from the power supply and have it checked by a
competent person.
Attaching the clamp/cage
1.
Place clamp/cage over locating threads on base of
SV200. Secure using retained nuts. Hand tighten
only.
2.
Add clamp rear fixings to secure clamp/cage to rear
of SV200.

Attaching the SV200 to a vessel
Take care not to over tighten the clamp, to avoid
damaging the clamp or vessel.
Routine maintenance check
Check that the float is operating correctly before each use. Ensure no grease or foreign objects are preventing the
float from working during operation.
Safety cut out and alarm light
The SV200 is fitted with a float switch which monitors the liquid level during operation. Should the liquid level drop
below a certain level, the safety cut out will be activated and alarm light will appear. Top up the bath with liquid until
at least a minimum level to resume operation.
