USER GUIDANCE
1. Before you start inflating the tyres with the Booster device, read
carefully the whole user guide.
2. When using the device, you must wear eye protection.
3. When using the Booster device, you must wear hearing
protectors in order to reduce the noise exposure level.
4. The device must remain open when stored to enable the
condensed moisture to flow freely from it.
5. You must make sure that the device will be used only by trained
personnel.
6. You must use only original GRANIT spare parts.
7. The user must ensure that the necessary inspections are carried
out.
8. Do not exceed the maximum pressure value specified on the data
plate.
9. Any modifications of the device are not allowed without GRANIT
company`s permission.
MAINTENANCE
The device must be maintained properly.
The device must be regularly checked for wear or damage. Pressure
container must be checked in accordance with the applicable
provisions.
Damaged parts must be replaced with new ones. Use only original
spare parts. Make sure that the constricting nozzle is not damaged,
e.g. crumpled. Service and maintenance work must be conducted only
when the container is empty.
STORAGE
Keep in mind that the device must be always stored with an open
main valve and with a nozzle directed downwards. The best solution
is to hang the device on a hook specially designed for it.
While emptying the device before ist maintenance and storage, you
must open the ball valve slowly so the air can be slowly released from
the container. The Booster device must be positioned in such a way
that the nozzle is directed towards a niche or a corner of the room
(dirt particles hovering in the air)..
You must also follow the operating and safety instructions provided on
pages 10 and 11.
