4. Operation of the Video System
4.1. Connection between screen and camera manufacturers
Check after opening the packing that all components are complete and undamaged. If
components are missing or damaged, immediately contact your dealer and use the device only
after the release by the dealer.
Before the fi rst use, the monitor must be connected to at least one camera.
Connect the connector and protect with the protective rubber cover against moisture and dust.
IMPORTANT:
Penetrating dust and moisture can lead to image distortion and damage
the contact permanently.
Before connecting to the electrical system, the battery must be disconnected from the vehicle.
The sampling point for the power supply has to be agreed with the vehicle manufacturer and the
operating instructions of the vehicle.
The connection work may only be performed by trained professionals.
IMPORTANT:
Improper connections and wire routing can lead to short circuits and high
material damage to the vehicles.
