Incorrect alarm input signal

Large  stream  caused  by  poor  quality  of  the  front  camera,  dirty  camera  Lens,  backlight 
installation, unadjusted aperture lens.

 Unable to play downloaded file 

You have no installed player or unplugged the external storage device unproperly.

 No image, black screen 

Check whether the IP of remote IPC is correct   
Check whether the port No. of remote IPC is correct 
Check whether the username/password of remote IPC is correct   
Check whether the internet connection of remote GVR3550 is correct

 Incomplete display interface 

Confirm the current resolution, check the resolution the LCD supports. If the resolution is 
1920*1080, the LCD should support 1920*1080 resolution.

 No LCD HDMI output 

Check the HDMI cable and whether LCD works in HDMI mode 
Check whether HDMI cable is in the wrong situation 
Images are not fluent on multi-channel client monitor 
Check network bandwidth, multi-channel monitor network bandwidth demand is high, need 
100 MB above.   
Check  PC  performance,  multi-channel  decoding  has  certain  requirements  for  PC 
performance, 16-way PC is required. General configuration: four-core CPU, 2 G memory, 
independent card with 256M above.

 Multi-channel monitoring record lag 

Please check the network bandwidth, the multi-channel monitoring requires one hundred 
trillion  bandwidth.Then  please  make  sure  the  PC  configuration  is  suitable  for
