• Do not obstruct the ventilation grilles on the
rear panel of the television.
• To switch on your television: plug it into the
mains supply. The indicator light will turn
green.
• If your television is in standby mode (red
indicator light), press the button on the
television panel or the ON button on the
remote control to switch on the television.
E. Installing the remote control batteries:
• Remove the cover from the battery
compartment on the back of the remote
control by sliding the cover downwards.
• Insert two LR03 1.5 V batteries (not included)
into the compartment, aligning the + and -
polarities as indicated in the remote control
battery compartment.
Warning:
Do not mix new and used batteries,
or different types of batteries.
• Close the battery compartment by sliding the
cover until you hear a click.

D. Connecting the television:
• Once your television is installed, you can
connect it to the antenna and electrical supply.
To do this:
1. Connect the antenna cable to the antenna
socket at the back of the television.
2. Connect your television power cable to a
mains supply (100 - 240 V~ 50/60 Hz).
Check that the electrical supply to your
household matches the information given
on your television’s rating plate.
