Pressure Relief Procedure
Follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure whenever you see this
symbol.
1.
Remove battery from the sprayer.
2.
Turn Prime Knob on the sprayer
downward to PRIME position to relieve
pressure.
Starting a New Job
Refer to disinfectant label for manufacturer's
directions on proper use. If dilution is
required, properly dilute disinfectant.

time, see
Flushing a New Sprayer
in your
sprayer manual.

Perform
NOTE:
If using a SaniSpray HP 20
Electrostatic sprayer, verify Electrostatic
Charge Power Switch is in the OFF position.
2.
Turn Valve Handle clockwise to closed
position.
3.
Verify ProPack Filter is in ProPack Tank.
Fill ProPack Tank with properly prepared
disinfectant.
NOTE:
Fluid level must be above the Hose
connection on the ProPack Tank.
This sprayer builds up an internal pressure
of
1000 psi (6.9 MPa, 68.9 bar)
during use.
To help prevent serious injury from
pressurized fluid, such as skin injection
and splashing fluid, follow the
Pressure
Relief Procedure
whenever you stop
spraying and before cleaning, checking,
servicing, or transporting equipment. Read
all warnings in sprayer manual.
