Startup
1. Locate the power switch at rear of machine and turn
the power on. The display module will automatically
turn on and begin to load.
2. Open the vented ball valve (not provided).
3. If the machine is in Disabled Mode, press the Power
On button ( ) to exit Disabled mode and to
select a new operating mode. Press the Enter but-
ton ( ) to accept the new operating mode.
Pressure Relief
Procedure
Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure whenever
you see this symbol.
1. Place a waste container below the dispense valve.
2. Navigate to the Maintenance Mode Run Screen .
3. Press the Shot Mode Designation button ( ) on
the Maintenance Mode Run Screen to relieve
chemical pressure. Press the Shot Mode Designa-
tion button ( ) again to close the dispense valve.
4. Press the Machine Disable Mode button ( ).
5. Close the vented ball valve.

This equipment stays pressurized until pressure is
manually relieved. To help prevent serious injury from
pressurized fluid, such as skin injection, splashing
fluid and moving parts, follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure when you stop spraying and before
cleaning, checking, or servicing the equipment.
