Troubleshooting

Before performing any troubleshooting procedure:

1. Perform 

Pressure Relief Procedure

 on page 42.

2. Press the Stop Button.

3. Remove air supply.

4. Allow the press equipment to cool.

Calibrate Pressure Transducers

Perform this procedure when the “Actual” Value shown 
on the “Calibration” screen has a difference of 100 psi 
(7 MPa, 0.7 bar) from the value shown on the analog 
pressure gauge.

1. Perform 

Pressure Relief Procedure

 on page 42.

2. Navigate to the “Calibration” screen.

3. Set the offset to “0” on the transducer being cali-

brated.

4. Type the number displayed in the “Actual” field into 

the “Offset” field.
