Hydraulic System
Keep the hydraulic system clean. The hydraulic supply
system must be kept clean at all times to reduce the risk
of damaging the reciprocator hydraulic power supply.
Blow out all the hydraulic lines with air, flush thoroughly
with solvent, and then blow out with air again before
connecting the lines to the reciprocator.
Always plug the hydraulic inlets, outlets, and lines when
disconnecting them for any reason to avoid introducing
dirt and other contaminants into the system.
Carefully follow the manufacturer’s recommendations
on reservoir and filter cleaning, and periodic changes in
hydraulic fluid.
