Additional Bead Gun Kit
1. Install hose fitting (12) to bead gun (1).
2. Install mounting arm (8) to bead gun, and dual wing-
nut clamp (9) to arm (8).
3. Mount gun assembly using pivot arm (15), or onto
existing pivot arm, and secure with dual wingnut
clamp (9).
4. Remove appropriate bead gun plugs from solenoid,
cut air hose (22) to needed length, and connect to
ports.
Bead Hose
1. Unstrap and unclamp hose wrap so hose (13) can
be added to the bundle.
2. Route the bead hose through the bundle to the
guns.
3. Connect the bead hose to the desired guns.
4. Strap the hose bundle and stretch hose wrap
around hoses to keep them contained.
5. Clamp or strap the hose bundle tightly on the gun
arm to ensure hose bundle is secure. Maintain
enough slack in the hoses to not strain the guns.
6. Connect bead hose to desired port on bead tank fit-
ting.
Operation
1. Bead gun will actuate with same paint gun if
selected using the skipline control.
