Unit Preparation
•
Check unit for damage that may have occurred in
shipping. Notify carrier immediately if there is any
damage.
•
Assemble and operate washer following instructions
provided in Operation Manual- 309862.
Pressure Relief Procedure
To reduce risk of injury, follow this procedure whenever
you stop spraying for more than ten minutes, when
shutting down and before checking or repairing any part
of this system.
1.
Engage trigger safety latch.
2.
Turn washer off.
3.
Shut off water supply.
4.
Remove trigger safety latch.
Trigger gun to relieve pres-
sure. Engage trigger safety
latch.
Break-in Period
There is a break-in period for the pump and engine.
Engine Oil: Change engine oil after the first 5 hours of
operation. After the first oil change, engine oil should be
changed every 100
hours of operation.
Pump Oil: Changed pump oil after the first 50 hours of
operation. After the first oil change, oil should be
changed after every 500 hours of operation.
Recommended Oil
•
Engine - SAE 30 or 10W-30 weight, detergent oil
•
Pump - Graco pump oil 246377 or SAE 30
non-detergent oil.
Sendec Hour Meter
A Sendec Hour Meter has been installed on the rental
washer to monitor the number of hours the rental
washer has been used. After 25 hours the display will
begin to flash and the message “change oil” will display.

If you suspect spray tip or hose is clogged, or that
pressure has not been fully relieved, remove
trigger safety and trigger gun again. If still
clogged, wrap a rag around hose end coupling
and VERY SLOWLY loosen coupling to relieve
pressure gradually; then loosen completely.
