Audio may NOT be heard from the your computer speakers when recording (downloading)   

from your TAPE2USB II to your PC.

Solution:

  Go to the Audacity Control Panel, click Edit and select “Preference”.   

Select the “Audio I/O”

 

tab and select the box for Software Playthrough     

(Play new track while recording it) and Click 

“OK”
