G-Series Carriage & G-Series Top Plate

Step One - Installing the Lower Encoder

The lower encoder tracks the movement of the bottom

carriage across the frame. This helps SureStitch calculate the

length of each stitch as you quilt.

Allen Wrench

4 mm

Lower Encoder V5

(green sticker)

Instructions:

Use the 2.5 mm Allen wrench to loosen the encoder

lock collar screw without removing it.
