General Characteristics
GPS receiver equipped with mouse antenna, prepared to save the finish line position on the track,
Wiring and fitting
Is present one connector, 4 poles to connect into device and the power supply wire (to connect at 12
volts (red + black -)
Fit the antenna GPS on vehicle, that must be ABSOLUTELY IN HORIZONTAL POSITION without hurdles
over and around.
Set up and use
On the module is present a button.
Turn On/Off:
ON keep push untill led flash RED
OFF Double quick push and Red led will flash for one second and module turn off.
After turned on, the module will start to seach the Satellite link, and the led colour may vary in follow
ways:
RED FLASHING
Not ready, no GPS signal
Satellite link is operative and ready to work
Finish Line save:
Positioned yr vehicle on the finish line, only when the led on module is GREEN (flashing) keep press
the button until the led becomes BLEU ( need two seconds) now release the button and the led becomes
WHITE (flashing 4 times to save position) The finish line is saved. Note this position don’t change until
another one is stored. So if you normally use the module in same circuit need to save the finish line only
the first time, but if you change circuit you have to save the new one.
Additional feature: the led change colour in accord to the finish line position, Green you are far from Fi-
nish Line Bleu you are close to Finish Line.
At this time the module is ready to work. Follow the Lap timer instruction to Start/Stop the time keeping,
the functions are the same of infrared version.
