Before each use, uncover the grill completely. Be sure the grill is two to four
inches away from the wall. Remove any object that may have been on top of
the unit.
1. Plug the unit and switch on at the main control panel.
2. Pull out the Oil Drip Tray and fill half way with water to reduce smoke while
cooking. Then slide the Oil Drip Tray carefully back into position.
Important: Do not pour water over the heating element.
3. Adjust the Variable Temperature Control to the needed cooking temperature,
from MIN to MAX.
NOTE: During initial use, some smoke may be observed and some odor may be
present, this is normal.
4. Pre-heating: 10-15 minutes.
5. Put the food items such as meat, fish or vegetables onto the Grill Plate for
grilling.
6. Remove the food once the grilling process is complete.
7. Turn OFF after use and unplug the unit.
