1. Place the unit on a flat surface.
2. Pour coffee beans into the Hopper and secure the Hopper Lid.
Do not overfill the Hopper.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Remove all packaging materials and clean Hopper and Coffee
Grounds Container with non-abrasive soap. Wipe exterior with
damp cloth. Thoroughly dry and replace parts.
Warning:
The digital scale is a precision device, avoid applying
extreme pressure.
Note:
The internal scale must be level in order to provide an
accurate reading.

Note:
The maximum capacity of the Hopper is 400g.
The maximum capacity of the Coffee Grounds Container is 130g.
3. Choose the desired coarseness setting by twisting the Grind
Size Dial.
4. Ensure the Scale Tray is on the Scale.
5. Place the Coffee Grounds Container on the Scale Tray.
6. Plug in the unit. The display will enter default mode and show “1
Cup”.
7. Press the Tare button.
8. Use the Menu button to select the desired mode: Cup, Ounce,
Gram, or Manual. The default amount of the corresponding
mode will be displayed.
