Omlette
Ingredients:
• 3 large eggs
• Pinch of salt
• 2-3 sliced mushrooms
• 40g of grated cheese
• 2 sheets of wafer thin ham (shredded)
Method:
1. Preheat the machine on to the highest setting.
2. Beat together all of the eggs.
3. Add in the mushrooms and shredded ham and mix together.
4. Open the Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill and spray with a little spray oil. Pour the mix into
the bottom casing and close the lid.
5. Leave the omelette to cook for 3-4 minutes.
6. Use a spatula to remove the omelette from the machine, serve immediately.
