4 Electrical, Reliability and Radio Characteristics

4.1. Absolute Maximum Ratings

Absolute maximum ratings for power supply and vol age on digital pins of the module are listed in the following

table.

Stressing the device beyond the “Absolute Maximum Ratings” may cause permanent damage. These are stress
ratings only. The product is not protected against over voltage or reversed voltage. If necessary, voltage spikes

specified boundaries by using appropriate protection diodes.
