ME3630

<val>:

DCE transmits limited headers and trailers and numeric text.

DCE transmits full headers and trailers and verbose response text.

NOTE: if parameter <val> is omitted, the command has the same behavior as ATV0. The define value is 1, and the value can be available from

the command AT&V or AT\S.

AT+CFUN Set Phone Functionality

Set command selects

the level of functionality <fun> in the MT. Level "full functionality" is where the highest level of power is

drawn. "Minimum functionality" is where minimum power is drawn. Level of functionality between these may also be specified by

manufacturers. When supported by manufacturers, MT resetting with <rst> parameter may be utilized.

NOTE: issuing AT+CFUN=4[,0] actually causes the module to perform either a network deregistration and a SIM deactivation.

Test command returns values supported as a compound value.

Offline Mode,in this status, the NV is lost, and the module can’t register to network,we recommend to restore the NV.

module enter sleep mode, no USB interface enumerated(only supported by ME3630-J2A)

no need to reset the module to make <fun> effect.
