Review all SAFETY information in Section A.
Follow the instructions on all tags, labels and de
cals attached to the Unit.
This EchoStorm is designed to handle
non-volatile liquids. Do not attempt to
pump volatile, corrosive, or flammable
liquids which may damage the Unit and
endanger personnel as a result of fail
ure.

STARTING
Do not stand near unit during start up as
some fluid may discharge from air in
take ports if not using check valves.
OPERATION
Operating condition points must be within
the continuous performance range shown
on the curve(s) shown on page E-1.
OPERATIONAL CHECKS
Leakage
No leakage should be visible at connections or fit
tings. Keep all line connections and fittings tight to
maintain maximum efficiency.
If overheating does occur, stop the pumping im
mediately and allow line to cool before servicing it.
Approach any overheated line cautiously

Never
introduce air or steam pressure into the pip
ing to remove a blockage. This could result in per
sonal injury or damage to the equipment.
Cold Weather Preservation
In below freezing conditions, drain the Line to pre
vent damage from freezing.
