General information
Training with a vibrating device is a very comprehensive training method, which in addition to the muscles, also
impacts the rest of the body. For example blood circulation is stimulated and the metabolism improved. For some
years now, professional and top sportspeople have used training with vibration devices for intens ive and effective
sporting and also therapeutic purposes.
Due to the gentle but also highly effective training with vibration devices, many physio practices use this type of
training for building up muscles post-injury or for rehabilitation. When used with the professional guidance of
your physiotherapist, you may also be able to carry out this therapy at home if required. The main use of
vibration devices is at home or for sporting applications.
When planning your training, please be aware that even though this form of training is very gentle on the
body, it is still very intensive. So make sure you give your body sufficient rest breaks.
