SAFETY FUNCTIONS AND ERROR DISPLAY

The cooking hob is fitted with overheating sensors. These sensors can automatically 

switch off any cooking zone or the entire hob temporarily.

Error, possible cause, solution

•  Continuous beep and 

 flashing on the display.

-  Water spilt over sensor surface, or an object placed over the sensors.

  Wipe the sensor surface.

•  «F2« on the display

-  Cooking zone has overheated. Wait for the cooking zone to cool down.

•  »F« on the display

-  This indicates that there has been an error during operation.

If an error occurs or if the error indicator "F" does not disappear, 
disconnect the cooking hob from the power mains for a few 
minutes (undo the fuse or switch off the main switch); then, 
reconnect the hob to the power mains and switch on the main 
switch key.

If the problems persist despite observing the advice above, call an authorized service 

technician. Repair or any warranty claim resulting from incorrect connection or use of the 

appliance shall not be covered by the warranty. In this case, the user will cover the cost of 

repair.

Before the repair, disconnect the appliance from the power mains 
(by removing the fuse or by removing the plug from the wall 
outlet).
