Microwave oven allows cooking in two steps.

Example: To defrost frozen meat for 10 minutes, then heat 

it for 5 minutes at 600 W:

1.  Press the DEFROST key twice.

2.  Use UP/DOWN keys to set the time to 10:00 and 

confi rm.

3.  Press the MICROWAVES key.

4.  Use UP/DOWN keys to set the power to 600 W.

5.  Press the START key to start the program.

NOTE:

 Defrost function can only be used in the fi rst step. 

Auto menu cannot be a step in a multi-step cooking 

program.

Tips for using the oven

Use this function to rapidly heat (100% microwave power) 

or cook your food. In the standby mode, press the START 

key and the oven will operate for 30 seconds. With each 

consecutive press of the START key, the operating time 

will be extended by 30 seconds.
