Goal

Objective.
Be the team with the highest score at the
end of a predetermined amount of time.
Number of Players.
For an entire class
Setup.
•
Use the play area available; a basketball court
indoors or soccer field outdoors is
recommended. Adjust the boundary and size
of the play area according to the age/ability of
the students. The Touchline (outside
boundary) should be about 92’ dia. The
circular play is divided in half by the
Centerline.
•
Create a 32’ dia Inner Circle.
•
Place the SoccetBall
™
Goal in the center of
the Inner Circle.
•
Create two Penalty Markers on each side of
the Centerline that are located 23’ from the
goal using cones or spots (not included). Each
Penalty Marker is perpendicular to the
Centerline.
•
Place the SoccetBall
™
Ball outside of the Touchline.
•
Divide the class into 2 equal teams.
Game Play.
•
The winning team of a pre-game coin toss receives the ball first.
•
Place the ball anywhere just outside the circular Touchline. A player kicks it into play by performing an indirect kick,
meaning that another player must touch the ball before a point can be scored.
•
Players make contact with the ball using the same contact rules as traditional soccer.
