Follow the steps to power off the Battery System to avoid the System be damaged.
Method 1:
1. Press the button for at least 15s.

Make sure that both the SOC indicator and the button indicator of the control unit are off.

Relay Fault

Circuit Breaker Fault

Do not touch the battery, and contact the
after-sales service.

Power off and check the COM cable. Restart
