Operating Instructions
1.
Unwrap hose from unit. Attach to quick connect on output of pump.
2.
Attach Spray Gun to quick connect on hose (attach Extension Lance if necessary).
3.
Unwrap power cord from unit. Plug into outlet. Test and reset GFCI.
4.
Attach water supply hose to unit (3 gallons per minute minimum). Make sure screen
washer is in place.
5.
Turn on water. To prime the pump, squeeze the Spray Gun trigger until water exits.
6.
Remove the red oil cup from the pump and replace it with the black cup in the
supplied plastic bag.
Normal Coil Cleaning:
1.
Attach Yellow Rinsing Nozzle (size 1510) to Spray Gun (or Extension Lance,
if attached).
2.
While holding Spray Gun trigger open, flip power switch (on rear of unit) to
“ON” position.
3.
Spray condenser with plenty water to remove loose debris.
4.
Remove Yellow Rinsing Nozzle from Spray Gun/Lance.
5.
Attach Soap Nozzle (Stainless Steel, size 1520).
6.
Make sure chemical pickup hose is in chemical container and the tip is at the bottom.
7.
Apply water/chemical solution evenly to coils (siphon ratio is approximately 10:1).
8.
If possible, let coil cleaner chemical sit for 5 minutes to penetrate into coils and
loosen deposits.
9.
Remove Soap Nozzle, attach Yellow Rinsing Nozzle, and thoroughly rinse coils with
clean water.
10.
When done, flip Power Switch to the “OFF” position and relieve pressure in hose.
Using the Wonder Wand™
1.
Insert the Wonder Wand™ into the top of a condenser unit to clean coils from inside
to outside (removing debris in the opposite direction of the airflow) without taking
fan and cover off of the condenser.
2.
The Hi-Flo Coil Cleaner will siphon draw chemical at approximately 10:1.
3.
To rinse coils with clean water using the wand attachments, remove chemical pickup
hose from chemical.
