REPLACING THE BATTERY (BPV-125-BP ONLY)
1. Remove the battery (14 Fig. 19) from the vacuum by depressing the release (1 Fig. 19)
and rotating the locking latch (2 Fig. 19). Then slide the battery away from the locking
guides (3 Fig. 19) and then completely remove from the vacuum (4 Fig. 19).
2. Fully charge the new replacement battery before installing. See steps 5-7 in the pre-
operation instructions.
3. Install the new battery (14 Fig. 12) by lining it up with the guide (19 Fig. 12) with the
holes (20 Fig. 12) on the battery.
4. Make sure the locking latch (6 Fig. 13) is facing down (towards the battery location)
and that the battery release (7 Fig. 13) shows a green color indicating correct
installation.

Before performing any maintenance work,
remove the plug from the wall outlet.
REPLACING THE FLEECE FILTER
1. Release the lever (1a/1 Fig.1) and remove the cover (2 Fig.2) completely, along
with the fleece filter bag (3 Fig.2).
2. Remove the fleece filter bag (3 Fig.2) from the cover (2 Fig.2). Pick up the tab
(17 Fig.12) and fold it into the hole (18 Fig.12), fitting it on the rubber edge,
then throw it away.
3. Replace the fleece filter bag and reassemble in the reverse order of removal.
REPLACING/CLEANING THE CLOTH FILTER
1. Release the lever (1a/1 Fig.1) and remove the cover (2 Fig.2) along with the paper
bag (3 Fig.2).
2. Remove the cloth filter (4 Fig. 3) and clean away the dust or replace if necessary.
CLEANING AND REPLACING THE HEPA FILTER
1. Release the lever (1a/1 Fig.1), remove the cover (2 Fig.2), the filter bag (3 Fig.2) and
the filter fabric (4 Fig. 3).
2. Remove the filter (5 Fig.15) from the vacuum.
3. Clean the filter on the inside with a jet of air; if it’s too dirty, it must be replaced.
4. Reassemble everything in the reverse order of removal.
