Mains adapter unplugged.
Mains socket switched off.
Connect mains adapter.
Switch on mains socket.
No signal found
Aerial is disconnected.
Aerial is damaged/misaligned.
Out of digital signal area.
Connect aerial lead.
Check aerial and connections.
Ensure that you are capable of receiving

No picture or sound
Scart cable not securely
connected.
Volume is set to minimum or mute.
Check Scart connections.
Check volume settings.
Scrambled channel
message
Channel is scrambled.
This digital box is not able to decode
scrambled channels.
No response to remote
control
Digital box is switched off.
Remote control not aimed
correctly.
Front panel obstructed.
Remote control batteries have
run out.
Plug in and turn on plug.
Aim remote control at the front panel.
Move obstructions from the front of the
digital box.
Replace the remote control batteries.
Forgotten PIN code
The default PIN is 0000.
Contact the helpline.
You have moved your
digital box and are no
longer able to receive
digital channels.
Re-tune your digital box.
Try a signal booster or a direct feed from the
aerial.
Please note indoor aerials are not recommended for use with this product
(this includes loft aerials) otherwise you may experience problems with
reception or picture break-up on some channels.
