Quick Start Guide for Micro SD / SDHC card readers
1 Safety Instructions:
ATTENTION! Only skilled electricians may assemble and disassemble the housing of the product.
ATTENTION! Risk of short-circuit! Never bridge contacts! Do not put things into ventilation slots or ports!
• This product is not a toy and is not meant for children, because it contains small parts which can be swallowed and can injure when used
inappropriately!
• Do not use any damaged products or parts.
• Do not modify or alter the product or its accessories! Also mind chapter “warranty and liability“.
2 Description and Function:
This card reader is used to extend the interfaces of your PC/laptop to the specified memory card format.
It is also suitable for plug & play and hot swapping. Power is supplied via USB.
Plug & Play:
It is not necessary to install any driver software from CD-ROM.

Windows 2000, XP, VISTA, 7, and MAC OS

3 Connecting and Operating:
1. Remove the protection cap. (Figure 1)
2. Insert a compatible memory card into the card reader. Attend to correct fitting. (Figure 2)
3. Plug in the card reader into an USB socket of your computer/laptop. Wait until the device is
recognized by the computer. (Figure 3)
The device is now ready for data transfer.
4. Remove the card reader after use via “safely removing of hardware“.
4 Warranty and Liability:
• As the manufacturer has no influence on installation, warranty only applies to the product itself.
• The manufacturer is not liable for damages to persons or property caused by improper installation,
operation or maintenance, not described in this manual.

Do not alter or modify the product or its accessories.
