5 Troubleshooting
Problem
Help
The power supply unit does not work.
- Mind the right polarity of the load and
compatibility of the connected device.
- Switch on unit and load.
- Check the fuse, if included.
The device heats up much, incorrect
smells, humming, vapor.
- Disconnect the unit from mains immedi
ately and do not touch it.
- Protect it against further use.

6 Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transportation
The products are maintenance-free.
Material demage
• Use a dry linen cloth to clean your product, or use a slightly moist cloth
for
heavy
stains.
• Do not use detergents or chemicals.
• Avoid liquid entry to the device.
• Look out for live cables of your device during cleaning.
• Store cool and dry.
• Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-
protected ambience when not in use.
• Keep and use the original packaging for transport
• Pay attention to the safety symbols on the packaging.
• Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sunlight,
vibration
and
mechanical
pressure.
• In case of questions, defects, mechanical damage, trouble and other
problems, non-recoverable by the documentation, contact your dealer
or
producer.
