CLEANING YOUR GOLDAIR RADIANT HEATER

The heater requires regular cleaning to ensure trouble free operation:
• Unplug the heater from the mains supply before cleaning.
• Ensure that the heater has been allowed to cool down completely before cleaning.
• Use a damp cloth (not wet) to wipe the exterior of the heater to remove dust and dirt.
• Before cleaning the reflector, please remove the grill by unscrewing the screws at the front. The reflector

body can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, using a small quantity of neutral detergent, taking care not to
splash any water in the heater as this can cause a short circuit or electric shock. Never use solutions
such as benzene, thinners or polishing agents. In order to get the maximum heat, the reflector must be
kept clean.

• Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and fluff from around the grilles.
• Ensure the heater is dry before plugging back into the mains supply.
