SAFETY FEATURE
This heater is fitted with a thermal fuse in case
of overheating which is located inside the
construction of the heater. If this thermal fuse
operates it will turn the heater off but the light in
the power switch will remain on to let you know
there is still power going into the heater. In the
event that this happens, turn the heater off at
the switch and the wall socket and unplug it then
contact our Customer Service team.
IMPORTANT! NEVER COVER THIS HEATER!
PROOF OF PURCHASE
To receive warranty retain receipt as proof of

CARE AND CLEANING
Do not attempt to dismantle the Panel Heater.
There are no user serviceable parts. For service
or repair, contact an authorised electrical service
technician.
The heater requires regular cleaning to ensure
trouble free operation. Before cleaning, switch
off the heater and allow it to cool. Disconnect
the mains power supply cord. The outside can
be cleaned by wiping it over with a soft dry cloth.
NOTE: Do not use abrasive cleaning agents
or polish, this can damage the surface and
finish. Do not immerse heater in water.
Clean the heater vents with the vacuum brush
attachment on your vacuum cleaner. This will
remove lint and dirt from the inside of the
heater.
To remove the unit from the wall, slide the Panel
up and then across to the left, and lift off.
For short term non-use, simply turn off the unit
with the power switch on the side of the heater
and disconnect the mains power supply at the
wall; for long term non-use, remove the unit from
the wall.
