The tank and plumbing system should
be thoroughly rinsed and drained before
starting the upgrade procedure.
1. The bottom of the tank has a brass thread
pre-installed. Drill the plastic out behind
it using a 13-17 mm bit. Be careful not to
damage the thread.
2. Screw the ball valve into the thread. Use
Loctite 55 pipe sealing cord on the threads.
7. Attach the tank to the chassis using M10 x
30 bolt with M10 plain washer. Use Loctite 243
on the thread. Do for all four corners.

5. Place the wheels over the end of the axle
with the air valve facing outwards. Place
another 1" washer on the shaft and then insert
another split pin through the hole in the axle.
Do for both sides.
6. Bend the legs of the split pin as shown and
then place the cap over the end of the axle. Do
on both sides.

4. Insert a split pin into the inner hole of the
axle shaft on both sides and bend the legs up.
Place a 1" washer on the axle shaft on both
sides.
