(13) HEADPHONE – Headphone activation input. To activate only from the remote
from MUTE button.

(14) VOLUME/INPUT DISPLAY –
The display shows the Input selected and for 5
seconds the volume position when activated.

(18) RED LED Light – The LED Red light shows the internal power supply
stabilization, when the unit is stabilized the Red Light feds down.
(SWITCHING THE INPUTS)
To Switch the input from front panel is necessary to press together the buttons (10)
& (11) [VOL- and VOL+]. The Mute and the Headphone are activated exclusively
from remote control MUTE button.

The Double Mono Active Volume Control system of this unit is made with a Gold Note proprietary
designed developed with a Texas Instruments PGA2310 devices feature fine resistors step-by-step
DOUBLE MONO high end performance for superior resolution, lowest distortion and perfect channel
balance.
The active preamp stage allows a +30dB gain for best resolution and perfect unit control; the
volume control range is from [-90dB to +30dB] finely stepped by high precision 0.1% resistors.
Due to the Double Mono set-up the Blacknote active Volume Control features also a sonically ideal
balance control solution.
The Volume is conveniently lighted up on the AP-7 display to check it up on real time.
The quality of the Gold Note Double Mono Active Volume Control technology enable unsurpassed
sonic performance for traditional passive audio potentiometer.
The AP-7 features also a fixed line analogue output both RCA and XLR balanced for convenient
connectivity to other input amplifiers
