Mark 10 Corn Treat Cooker - Daily Unit Cleaning Procedure

Follow the directions to clean and sanitize the unit each day after use.

TOTAL CLEANING TIME: 

Approximately 15 Minutes

Wipe the kettle lead cord 

with a clean SLIGHTLY 

damp cloth.  

DO NOT get 

moisture into the kettle 

lead-in cord, severe  

damage will result.

The cabinet/table the  

machine sits on should be 

wiped clean daily with a clean 

or more often depending on 

usage, slightly damp soft 

cloth.

Wipe the stainless steel parts with 

a clean cloth and cleaner designed 

for stainless steel such as Gold 

Medal Watchdog Stainless  

Cleaner (Item No. 2088).  

DO 

NOT USE OVEN CLEANERS OR 

ABRASIVE MATERIALS.

Remove paddles via the small 

wing nut lock stud.  The pad-

dles can be washed in a sink 

or dishwasher.  If heavy build-

up, soak in hot water.

Release the draw latch to eas-

ily remove the mixing drum, 

then take to the sink to clean.  

Remove drum seal and clean 

if needed.

After the final steam clean, 

turn the machine OFF, unplug 

the unit and allow it to cool 

before cleaning.  Make sure to 

clean all pans/accessories in 

order to sanitize them before 

each use.
