OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Use caution when operating (handling) this unit, the blades are extremely sharp.
1.
Place the unit on a level surface for use.
2.
Make sure blade is installed, see image below.
3.
Lift the push block and place an apple on the blade assembly (core end down).
4.
Remove hands and fingers from the cutting area.
5.
Using both handles, with a strong push down or a quick thrust, bring the push block
down to force the apple through the blades.
