Insert the Handle (1) into the plate (2)

Align pre-drilled holes at the bottom
of the handle with holes in front of
plate

Insert handle screws (3) in front of plate
D.
Pull up on handle to ensure it is secured
E.
Insert Axle (4) through opening at
bottom
of
plate
F.
Slide wheel with Quick Release Spring
Locks (5 & 6) on to each side of axle,
push on spring lock until wheel
snaps in place
G.
Test connection by pulling on wheels
to ensure they are secured
