BICEP CURLS
Standing with the instep
of both feet on the tubing,
grasp the handles with
your palms facing forward.
Maintaining a straight back
and keeping your elbows at
your sides, curl the handles
toward your shoulders.
This exercise can be
done simultaneously or
alternating.
