Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
The device won’t start

Make sure you put the battery in the device.
Signs (+) and (-) on the battery should adhere
to metal studs inside the battery compartment

Scheck the power cord and cable (see page
26,sec. 3)
The device does not record, there is
no recorded data in play mode

Make sure you inserted a memory card (see
page 26,sec. 4)

Make sure your memory card capacity don’t
exceeds 32Gb

Make sure your memory card isn’t full. Delete
some data or replace a memory card
Recorded video is too bright / dark

Adjust the brightness of the image (see page
33)
LCD image is distorted

Reset the device by turning it off and on (see
page 26, sec. 11, also see page 33 and 34)
