ASSEMBLY DRAWING
Step 1
Assembly of the base frame and main frame
1)
Screw together the back base tube (2) to the main frame (1), secured with
M10x65 hex bolt (13-2pcs), M10 washer (16-4pcs) and M10 nylon nut (18-2pcs).
2)
Screw together the front base tube (3) to the main frame (1), secured with
M10x65 hex bolt (13-2pcs), M10 washer (16-4pcs) and M10 nylon nut (18-2pcs).
Step 2
Assembly of the seat and arm curl
1)
Insert the seat frame (7) into the
main frame (1), locked with quick
pin (9). Attach the seat (12) to the
seat frame (7), secured with M8x
20 Hex Bolt (15-2pcs) and M8
Washer (17-2pcs).
2)
Insert the arm curl frame (6) into
the main frame (1), locked with
quick pin (9).Attach the arm curl
cushion (11) to the arm curl frame
(6), secured with M8x20 Hex Bolt
(15-4pcs) and M8 Washer (17-
4pcs).
3)
Insert the adjustable frame (4) into
the main frame (1), locked with
quick pin (9).
4)
Screw together the bar support
frame (5) to the adjustable frame
(4), secured with M10x60 hex bolt
(14-2pcs),M10 washer (16-4pcs)
and M10 nylon nut (18-2pcs).
