 (Equalisation) button briefly to select the 

desired audio mode. The options available are Flat, 
Classics, Pop M, Rock M, and DSP (Audio Digital Signal 
Processor) Off.

through the stations in the preset memories, pausing 
briefly on each station.

 

 -  Press and hold the 

AMS

 button for 2 seconds to 

automatically locate and store the 6 strongest local 
stations on the selected band into the preset 
station memories.

 

 -  In MP3 mode, press the 

AMS

 button to search for a 

specific file or directory.

PAU

 (pause) button briefly to pause the CD or 

MP3. Press this button again to resume playing the CD 
or MP3.

SCN

 (scan) button to play the first 10 seconds 

of each track on the CD or MP3.

RPT

 (repeat) button causes the current track on the 

CD or MP3 to be played repeatedly.

 button allows you to switch between Radio 

mode and CD mode or Radio mode and MP3 mode.

   -  In MP3 mode, press the MOD button to search for a 

specific file or directory.

When advancing or retracing the current track, the 
music can be heard playing at high speed in the 
speakers so that you can monitor its progress.

 

 -  In MP3 mode, the

  Press the   button to stop and eject the CD. The unit 

automatically returns to radio mode.

REMOVING AND REFITTING THE FACE PANEL

Removal

Before removing the face panel, turn 
the 
unit OFF by pressing the 

PWR

 button.

1.  Press the release button    to 

release the left hand end of the 
face panel.

2. Lift the face panel out towards you.

After removing the face panel, 
place it inside the supplied case 

to protect it from damage. Do not 

leave it in a position where it could 

be exposed to direct sunlight.
